How does my subscription work?
Your monthly plan lets you accumulate credits used to acquire live events tickets for you to enjoy as many experiences as you like.
Can I change my plan later on?
Yes. As a memberyou can easily change your membership plan from your account settings.
How do I acquire tickets for a an event using my credits?
Simply find an event you want to attend, pick your seat and check out. You will apply your credit balance to the redeem for the credit value of the ticket. Credit values vary by event, depending on a number of factors including time and date of event, programming of event, the venue, etc.
Does my membership auto-renew?
festivalPass is a monthly recurring membership. Your membership is active the day that you sign up and will renew each month on the same day of the month that you signed up.
Can I pause my membership?
If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your monthly membership at any time you can do so. Your credits will not expire as long as you continue to be a member in good standing.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you use all of your credits, no problem! Easily add more by upgrading your membership or choosing a credit pack to cover an event.
