FestivalPass Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The FestivalPass Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by FestivalPass, Inc., located at 2028 E Ben White Boulevard, #240-1219, Austin, TX78741, ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM Central Daylight Time ("CDT") and ends on October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM CDT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Sweepstakes, you must complete the following steps during the Sweepstakes Period:

Follow on Instagram: Follow the official FestivalPass Instagram account (@getfestivalPass). Follow on Tik Tok: Follow the official FestivalPass Tik Tok account (@festivalPass).

Sign Up for a Free Account: Create a free account on the FestivalPass website at www.festivalpass.com.

Limit: One (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of Instagram accounts, Tik Tok accounts or email addresses used. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries generated by automated means or by any means that subvert the entry process will be void.

5. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about November 1, 2025, by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize

Prize: One (1) Lifetime Pass from FestivalPass, providing $1,200 worth (1,080 credits) per year to use on festivalpass.com and access to FestivalPass services as defined by the Sponsor’s terms of service. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): "$3,000, subject to terms of service" The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-substitutable, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or email within five (5) days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification and provide any requested information (e.g., full name, mailing address) to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize will be delivered within thirty (30) days of winner verification, subject to any delays outside the Sponsor’s control.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Inc., and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

9. Use of Entrant Information

By entering, you agree that Sponsor may use your name, likeness, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Personal information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://festivalpass.com/privacy/

10. Limitations of Liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.

11. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Texas. All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or Sponsor’s rights and obligations shall be governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Winner List

To obtain the name of the winner (available after November 1, 2025), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to FestivalPass Sweepstakes Winner List, 2028 E Ben White Boulevard, #240-1219, Austin, TX7874, by November 15, 2025.
