For one night only, Chef Jeb Aldrich from Tiny Lous and Chef Matt Weinstein from TWO urban licks will honor AF&WF to create a truly unforgettable menu with a revolutionary take on traditional French creole dishes specially curated for AF&WF guests in his critically acclaimed spot, Tiny Lous.
As Tiny Lou's puts it " Cooking like this is sometimes called comfort food, but a better word might be restorative food. They should be able to write prescriptions for this stuff food as medicine a meal to make you feel restored, triumphant, split wide-open, at any hour, even against bad odds." During times like these, we could all use a dose of this! Tiny Lou's acclaimed pastry chef, Claudia Martinez will end the dinner with a special dessert fitting the menu. Dinner will include a curated wine and spirits menu featuring Woodford Reserve Bourbon and Desert Door Texas Sotol Cocktail selections and more!
